Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Holiday Shipping Policy
Due to the high influx of orders and production times during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday sales, all purchases made during this period are considered pre-orders. This means your order will require production before it can ship.
Please allow 4–8 weeks to receive your tracking number.
This 4–8 week processing period does not include weekends or major holidays.
Although you may receive your order sooner, we kindly ask for this timeframe due to:
• Large volume of seasonal orders
• Production and manufacturing time
• Potential delays with manufacturers or shipping carriers
Please Note:
If you place an order during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or any holiday promotional period, your order will not fall under our standard shipping policy or standard tracking timeframe.
Our Holiday Pre-Order Policy is completely separate from our standard policy due to production requirements and high order volume.

Carrier Responsibility:
Once orders are handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as we do not ship items ourselves.
If any issues arise after your order has been shipped, please contact the customer service department of the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Please note that popular styles may take anywhere from 0 to 8 weeks for processing and shipping due to high demand and production periods.
We take pride in ensuring every customer receives their product in perfect condition before it is shipped out.
Your order may arrive earlier if production is completed ahead of schedule.
