At Original Baddie Club, we are committed to delivering your order with care, accuracy, and attention
to detail. Please review our shipping timeframes below before placing your order.


Baddie Friday Policy

Due to the extremely high volume of orders placed during our Baddie Friday sale, please allow up to 2-4 weeks to receive your tracking number. Please note that many orders may ship much earlier, and tracking information may be sent out before the estimated timeframe. However, we want to provide this extended processing window to account for the large influx of orders and any unexpected delays that may occur.


Delays may include, but are not limited to:

• High order volume

• Inventory shipment delays

• Domestic and overseas shipping delays

• Customs processing delays

• Manufacturing or carrier delays


Please understand that if you placed an order, your order is still being processed and you WILL receive your items. We simply want to be fully transparent and provide an accurate timeframe during this busy sale period.

Standard Orders


Our standard processing time is 7–14 business days to receive your tracking number. Once your
tracking number has been issued, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for shipping and
delivery.


Please note: You may receive your order sooner than the timeframes listed. We provide these
timeframes due to a high influx of orders.


Pre-Order Items


All pre-order items require 2–4 weeks to receive your tracking number. This timeframe does not
include holidays, major weekends, or shipping and delivery times.

Once your tracking number has been issued, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for
shipping and delivery.

Carrier Responsibility:


Once orders are handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any misplaced, lost,
stolen, or damaged packages
, as we do not ship items ourselves.

FAQs

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges under any circumstances.

    Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please carefully review your order before submitting your purchase, including all items, sizes, colors and shipping information.

    We strongly encourage you to double and triple check that the correct sizes have been selected, as once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Please contact USPS.COM for all missing or stolen packages. Original Baddie Club will not be held responsible for any carrier delays or shipping issues once your order has been fulfilled + sent to carrier for delivery.

    Original Baddie Club will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.


    Any return to sender packages will be held up to 1 week for reshipment after confirmation of new shipping address. After 1 week, the order will be canceled and issued a refund via gift card. Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid by the customer, no exceptions.

    If you received notice that your package was returned to sender, please send us an email at info@originalbaddieclub.com to replace your order with updated shipping info.

    Reshipment fees will apply.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Delivery Status updates will then be sent to the email and/or phone number associated with your order.

    If you can't locate your shipping confirmation email— please check your spam/junk folder or send us an email to update or confirm your email address to resend your confirmation.
