After processing is complete and your order has shipped, please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.


Carrier Responsibility:

Once orders are handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any misplaced, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, as we do not ship items ourselves.

If any issues arise after your order has been shipped, please contact the customer service department of the shipping carrier directly for assistance.


Popular Styles:

Please note that popular styles may take anywhere from 0 to 6 weeks for processing and shipping due to high demand and production periods.

We take pride in ensuring every customer receives their product in perfect condition before it is shipped out.


Your order may arrive earlier if production is completed ahead of schedule.

If you have not received your tracking number by the 14th business day, please contact our customer service team so that we can review your order and assist you with any issues.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel the order.

    However, if your order becomes flagged for fraud or labeled high risk— we will contact you within 24-48 hours to verify the order including your identity before processing. If we are unable to get in touch with you within the allotted time, we will cancel the order and funds will be issued back to the original payment method.

    For status updates regarding refunds, we recommend contacting your bank institution for further assistance as we are unable to provide any additional information once the refund has been issued.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.


    Any return to sender packages will be held up to 1 week for reshipment after confirmation of new shipping address. After 1 week, the order will be canceled and issued a refund via gift card. Additional shipping costs will apply and must be paid by the customer, no exceptions.

    If you received notice that your package was returned to sender, please send us an email at info@originalbaddieclub.com to replace your order with updated shipping info.

    Reshipment fees will apply.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Delivery Status updates will then be sent to the email and/or phone number associated with your order.

    If you can't locate your shipping confirmation email— please check your spam/junk folder or send us an email to update or confirm your email address to resend your confirmation.
